We utilize the age old wisdom of traditional Finnish saunas in our wok. Examples of important Finnish sauna features include: sauna size, layout, stove type, ceiling to bench height, ventilation, and insulation. This provides the time-tested and optimal sauna experience we want to offer you.

For those not yet ready to build, but know the need for hot and cold, a wood-fired sauna and circulating creek water cold plunge will be available on our property in the West Kootenays.
